Chateau d’Or et de Gueules ‘Cimels’ 2016 Rhône Valley, France
40% Mourvèdre, 40% Cinsault, 10% Syrah, 10% Grenache
Dry, elegant, with a satiny texture, its name means ‘bouquet of flowers’ in Catalan. A classic blend of Rhône varieties lends to the wildflower and watermelon aromas with flecks of minerals on the finish.
